Check the water and circuit before operating the laser machine . As follows :

② Wait 5 to 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the control panel outside, ammeter display value is zero, after 3 to 5 seconds, krypton lamps lit, ammeter display values. (Reference laser power supply operating instructions);
③ Open galvanometer power;
④ Turn on your computer, transfer the required marking files;
⑤ adjusting the laser power supply to the operating current (10 ~ 18A), you can start marking;
⑥disconnect the line power.

Water-cooled Machine for Fiber Laser Cutters Winter Precautions
The winter is cold and the fiber laser cutters is need in the normal condition to work .
Ensure that the ambient temperature can not be less than 5 degrees Celsius,to meet the normal use of the laser conditions,to avoid failure or affect the stability of the performance of the fiber laser cutting machine.
To avoid the laser water-cooled machine icing in the low-temperature environment
1. keep the water cooler and the laser at temperatures above 0 ° Celsius.
2. If the above conditions can not be met, keep the laser and water cooler of fiber laser cutting machine in the running state. If the water in the tubing is always flowing, which cannot ice. if the water-cooled machine for a long time due to failure or power outages, there is a risk of ice.
3. During the Spring Festival and other holidays, if the above two points can not do,empty the water in water-cooled water tank and water pipes as far as possible , please follow the instructions below to operate
4. If the above methods are not possible,add IPG antifreeze - Clariant AntifrogenN antifreeze. The addition ratio is 3: 7 (3 for the antifreeze, 7 for water), anti-freeze solution can be added after the resistance to -20 ℃ without freezing.
